Know before you export
Fit preserves proportions and returns dimensions within the box. Crop to fill uses a centred crop. Pad keeps the whole photo on an exact-size canvas. Enlargement is off by default; enable it explicitly if smaller photos must fill a larger box. Platform requirements can change, so check the destination.
JPG, PNG and static WebP. Up to 20 MB per file, 60 MB per batch, 12 files and 16 megapixels per image. Output is limited to 16 megapixels and 8,192 pixels per side. Browser memory may impose lower limits.
Source metadata is not copied. Browser colour conversion can change wide-gamut or HDR images. Keep your original files.
Common questions
Will every result have the same dimensions?
Crop to fill and Pad produce the exact box dimensions. Fit keeps the whole image without padding, so different aspect ratios produce different dimensions within the box.
Can I keep transparent padding?
Yes, with PNG or WebP. JPG uses the chosen padding colour. Turn transparent padding off to choose a solid colour for PNG or WebP.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Processing runs locally in your browser with self-hosted code. Hosting access logs relate to page requests; selected photo bytes are not sent. See our privacy information.
