How to use Watermark Photo
- Choose your photos, then enter text or select a JPG, PNG or static WebP logo.
- Set the watermark position, relative width, opacity and margin. Choose the output format.
- Process and inspect the preview. Download each watermarked photo or a ZIP.
Know before you export
Watermarks are flattened into the exported pixels. They do not prevent copying or prove ownership. Use only text and artwork you have permission to use. Logos are limited to 5 MB and 4 megapixels; SVG and animated logos are unsupported.
JPG, PNG and static WebP. Up to 20 MB per file, 60 MB per batch, 12 files and 16 megapixels per image. Output is limited to 16 megapixels and 8,192 pixels per side. Browser memory may impose lower limits.
Source metadata is not copied. Browser colour conversion can change wide-gamut or HDR images. Keep your original files.
Common questions
Can I watermark several different-sized photos?
Yes. Watermark width is a percentage of each photo width, and the margin is a percentage of the shorter side. Placement scales with each photo. Review the batch because different backgrounds affect readability.
Will a transparent logo keep its shape?
PNG and WebP logo transparency is composited onto each photo. Choose PNG or WebP output if you also need the photo itself to retain transparency.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Processing runs locally in your browser with self-hosted code. Hosting access logs relate to page requests; selected photo bytes are not sent. See our privacy information.
